At Construction Print, we are committed to producing premium-quality printed materials for the construction industry. Due to the customised nature of our work, returns are subject to strict conditions. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligible Returns
We only accept returns in the following circumstances:
- Print quality defects – visible misprints, pixelation, or colour shifts outside the accepted 10–15% tolerance.
- Incorrect dimensions or products – where the delivered item does not match the approved specifications.
- Incomplete finishing – e.g., missing hems, eyelets, or pole pockets as per order.
How to Report an Issue:
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Email us at support@constructionprint.co.uk.
- Include your order number in the subject line.
- Attach clear photographs taken from approximately 2 metres showing the full product and defect.
We cannot process returns without photographic evidence. All return requests will be reviewed and must be approved by our team prior to return shipping.
2. Damaged Packaging at Delivery
If your parcel arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging, please refuse the delivery.
Accepting a damaged package may void any claims for damages that occurred in transit.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If your return is authorised:
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Please use a tracked courier service and retain proof of postage.
- We are not liable for lost or damaged returns during transit.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless a product defect or fulfilment error was confirmed.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Products reported after the 24-hour return window.
- Products with approved artwork that contain spelling or layout issues.
- Orders delayed by couriers, colour differences within tolerance (10–15%), or subjective dissatisfaction.
- Custom printed banners without verified manufacturing defects.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions stated above.
5. Inspection & Outcome
Once your return is received and reviewed by our production team:
- If the issue is validated, we will provide either a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.
- If no issue is found, the original item will be returned to you, and no refund or replacement will be issued.
