1. Artwork Requirements

We accept artwork files in the following formats: PDF, PSD, AI, PNG, EPS, TIFF, JPEG, CDR. Files must be a minimum of 300 DPI resolution.

Please include a 2-inch bleed to ensure that text and design elements are not affected during trimming or finishing.

2. Print-Ready Files & Approvals

All submitted artwork will be converted to CMYK colour mode before printing. Pantone colours are not supported. A colour variance of 10–15% may occur and is considered acceptable for large format print.

We will provide a print-ready proof by email. Printing will not begin until written approval is received. Approvals after 12:00pm will be treated as next-day approvals.

No changes can be made after files are marked as “Sent to Print.”

3. Product Quality Expectations

Our large format prints are designed to be viewed from a distance of at least 2 metres. They are not intended for HD close-up photography detail.

• Minor size variance of 2–5cm is considered acceptable.
• Banners under 10ft high will be printed in one piece.
• Seamless joints may be used for larger banners and are aligned with the design using adhesive.
• Banners under 3ft x 5ft may not be hemmed.
• All finishing (hems, eyelets, joints) is free of charge and not covered by warranty.

4. Deliveries & Packaging

Production time begins after print-ready file approval, not at time of payment. Standard lead time is 5–6 working days.

Items over 110cm x 110cm may be folded for delivery. Creases or discolouration from folding are not considered defects. If you prefer a rolled delivery, please request this before placing your order.

5. Express & Urgent Orders

We offer 24, 48, and 72-hour express services. Orders approved after 1:00pm may incur a 50% surcharge if next-day delivery is still required.

Express charges will be visible at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns for the following reasons:

• Incorrect item received
• Low print quality (photo evidence required)
• Incorrect size delivered

Complaints must be made within 24 hours of delivery via email, including photos taken from a 2-metre distance.

Do not accept delivery if the packaging appears damaged. If accepted, you are agreeing the item was received in acceptable condition.

If your order is late due to our production delay, you are eligible for a full refund. If it’s late due to courier delays, only the express surcharge will be refunded.

Returns for inspection must be sent at your cost. Goods must be returned within 24 hours to be eligible for a refund.

7. Fraud & Deception

All banners are photographed and weighed before dispatch. Any fraudulent return attempts will result in legal action. All costs related to legal action will be reclaimed.

8. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All design files created by Construction Print remain our intellectual property, even if customer images were used. We reserve the right to use final designs for marketing unless otherwise agreed.

If a refund is processed after design work has been completed, a 50% design charge will be deducted from the refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the total value of the order placed. We are not responsible for indirect losses, including missed events or business interruption.

10. Disputes & Final Resolution

All disputes raised via payment platforms (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) will be subject to their final resolution, which is considered binding.

11. Subscription & Communication

12. Pricing & Invoicing

Prices are subject to change at any time. Unpaid orders may be cancelled and reissued with updated pricing.
